You could already create an include and using Javascript rewrite the "quantity" field. when creating options in the value box,
you can enter $-1.00 to decrease the price or
$1.00 to increase the price.

Is there a way to set a new price?
Multiply it by a decimal?
Or change a value to allow for a .005 price decrease?
