This is a setting on the server not in the software. By default, its 20 minutes in IIS. In fact, if you set it in the software, the server overrides any setting in the server.

Contact your ISP and ask them to increase or decrease the time to what you want. They may or may not do that. 20 minutes really should be enough time. This is 20 minutes where the person has done "NOTHING". What is the default order session time for ASP.NET? Is it same as it was for .ASP? 20 min or more?

Is this time corrected in SalesCart.NET? We have Sales Cart PRO 5 and we have lots of abandoned orders due to the "The Time to process your Order has Expired!" cause.

When "View Cart" is idle for 20 min, the content is lost once customer proceed to checkout.
