All of the products come with fixed shipping lookup which is what you are talking about. I don't ship any of my own product, it is all drop shipped. Therefore, I have no control over which shipping service is used. I would like to eliminate all of the carrier-specific options and just have a few options like:

Standard shipping: $x.xx
Express shipping: $xx.xx
Overnight shipping: $xx.xx
Oversized shipping: $xx.xx
Truck Freight: $xx.xx
