If access, the database is in /fpdb and is automatically created when you run the wizard and publish. If you are using SQL, you will need to contact technical support and ask them to restore the Shop.bak database located in the /sqladmin folder like any other ISP. You will be able to use the control panel to create the intial database "file" or "placemarker"....and that will allow support to restore it for you to the name you want. I don't suggest using shop, salescart or anything like that as those would be the first names a would-be hacker would look for.

However, when I go to create the "Shop" database using the database option in my control panel for ComCity.com, it tells me that there is already a "Shop" database that exists. Is this because ComCity.com already has this database setup on the preview site they gave me?

And my 2nd question is, how do I execute the SQL statement? Since my MS Sql Server is on ComCity's web server, do they provide me with the SQL Analyzer to run the statements?
