Here's something that I just discovered. When I have USPS enabled with "ALL" as the services that I want to allow in the shipping plug-in configurator (?), it does something weird.

When the shipping address is an international address, the shipping2.asp page only shows USPS options...no UPS or FedEx. With domestic orders, there will be USPS and UPS but no FedEx.

When I configure only International USPS services in the configurator, on domestic orders only UPS shows up...no FedEx. If I change the USPS setting to, let's say...Priority only, for an international order it would not show the USPS option (nor should it) but it does show UPS and FedEx as options.
