The abandoned orders just lets you see who the customer is. In 3_abandon.asp there is column “Verify” but all of the boxes are empty. Is this error or behavior by design? I think we should be able to see the abandoned items as well, beside the customer basic info.

When checking inside order management>marketing>abandoned orders we are getting the list with customers basic information but we are not able to see the list of items that they have ordered.
Is this behavior by design?
When I’m opening database file using MS Access, I’m able to see items related to abandoned orders.
