I've read the solutions offered in both this forum and the knowledge base articles and neither have fixed the issue.

I am running salescart.net on a Windows Server 2003 machine with IIS 6.0 and .Net Framework 2.0 installed.

The cart directory in in the main site, with both the cgi-bin and bin directories loaded in the same directory.
