Its a problem on the server. And, these sorts of problem are not easy to troubleshoot unless you get access to the server.

Your ISP can see these emails getting rejected on the server. If he opens them up, the error messages will tell him what the problem is. It requires that your ISP know how to troubleshoot and admin the SMTP service on his webserver though.

Typically, given what you are describing its because the eventual mail server is rejecting your customer emails as "off domain" and thus an attempt at "relay". I upgraded to SC 3 STD and I installed the CDOSYS e-mail files and added the lines it told you to. But the shopping cart will only send me a e-mail copy of the order. Also the send frind a e-mail will not work. I e-mail my webmaster about the SMTP and he checked and it was install and working.
If I use my e-mail address in the test order that is the same as the e-mail address that I get my orders sent to then I get the customer copy of the order to. It will not send a customer e-mail to any other address other then to my website address.
What alse could it be?
