My company is running the PRO version of SalesCart.

Due to problems with the way in which the shipping plugin works, I need to take all the plugin settings out of our salescart.

I have tried to go through the install instruction to setup the shipping charges based on a percentage of the total value of the order. But changing the settings in the wizard has not taken the shipping plugin out of the salescart.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions that I can try to take this plugin out?
