I feel your pain. I experience the same thing at sporadic times. For example, right now...not working. The other day...working.

It's Back!!!!

But worse!

Are you guy's (Salescart) messing around with the UPS tables on your end?

Now I don't get any selections for UPS service...they are just missing!

I'm having to call back customers and adjust their billing....needless to say....they ain't happy.

Can someone explain whats going on here!

Anyone seen this before?

I suddenly am unable to get the correct shipping rates from UPS. Every State and Zip I use returns with "Sorry, United Parcel Service 'Whatever' - Not Available" and only displays a $3.00 fee (From somewhere?) as the cost of shipping.

HELP......anyone?
