hi -
your version number should be at the bottom of the sales cart wizard in a navy blue box.

Any updates and patches can be found on the salescart userroom page. You'll need your product serial number to log-in.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, the learning curve is a bit rough, but once you get it operating, it truly allows you to design the site the way clients want instead of having the cart software dictate the site development.

How can you check which version of salescart pro you have? Are there updates and patches out now? We purchased in March and have been unsuccessfull going live since we bought it.
