Yes, but I can add an item to the cart and that will increase the order number and unless if the customer is going through the checkout you're not going to see the order in the abandoned section. Well the problem that I am experiencing for example is I received order # 52 and then my next order # that I receive is #60. When I view my abandoned order report it may only show order #'s 54 and 56 missing. I've never seen missing order numbers. There are missing order numbers between my ordered and abandoned order reports. I am concerned about the order numbers that don’t show up on my abandoned orders or ordered reports.
