I thougth you could have unlimited Options

Ah. That is a little more complicated. You can actually have a number of options and change their values.

You can have 10 different Options with 10 different values. It does not work for what I want to do. Since ALL group names are Option and radio buttons are designed for only ONE option it does not work. OR at least I'm not sure how to make it work. Here is the test page I am working with.

Is it possible to use Radio Buttons for Options?
