I know this issue has been posted awhile back, but I still haven't got this issue resolved. Do you happen to have the updated customer_login.asp page to fix this password reminder issue.

Yes, that's because the email address is not in the database so it would throw the error message above. However, I believe this was fixed a while back ago. I also get that same error on the "Promotional Email" (3_go-Email.asp) page when the search criteria does not match the info in the database.

One thing I noticed with the send reminder(forgot password). If I put a email address that is in the shop database it works great, but if I put in a random email address that is not in datbase, I get "page cannot display" error. Do you have a fix that will bring you to a page that says "invalid email address...try again"
