Is there any way that I can get the "Quantity" and "Add to Cart"
icons to appear before or ontop of the Options loaded
from include.html.

I'd like the user to first enter in the quantitiy, then modify it thru
drop down lists located below.

So it would appear from top to bottom:

Quantity
Add to Cart
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
