an update, $1 shipping pops up on random items. We've seen it on about 6 out of 100 orders now. All are per-product shipping, items have shipping calculated correctly before, then randomly change to $1 shipping (while showing shipping correctly elsewhere in the order receipt). I've been through the manual... any thoughts would be appreciated! yes, and the shipping error happens randomly. This item has been purchased successfully before, its one of their most popular items. Is it doing per-product shipping? Or do you have your own shipping options setup in the database?

We are experiencing an issue with shipping showing two different amounts on the e-mail receipt.

The "order details" defaults to $1.00 while the "item details" shows a cost of $4.95 (which is correct, we use flat rate, per item shipping)    It occurs randomly, this item has been ordered without incident before. Unfortunately, the grandtotal uses the $1.00 amount.

Using SCpro v5.0.4 and FrontPage 2002
