Just sat down and uninstalled Frontpage, Salescart and the PlugIns..
then I reinstalled them. again..
This seems to have cured the problem.

Before when I opened my FrontPage program the Salescart buttons would be in the middle of the screen, I would have to move them up.

Now, they are just up in the tool bar.. they don't do anything when you click on any of them, even the Help button. Also, the dropdown menu doesn't do anything.

I have not been able to get my website done.

My salescart is not working at all. It was working, but, I got on yesterday morning and it isn't working at all now.

I reinstalled it. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it. I even reinstalled Frontpage.

Nothing has helped.
Does anybody know what could have happened?
