I'm not quite sure. The details are too vague but if you have support I would recommend that you submit a ticket so we can get the site details, etc.

I'm not sure. There are some many different variables in the shipping portion of the shopping cart that it would be difficult to guess.

How often does this issue happen? I'm using Sales Cart Pro. A customer order just came in for $49.20. We have our shipping table set-up such that from $0-$25 it's $4.95 for shipping and from $25.01 - $50.00 it's $5.95. But in this order case the system came back and said the shipping charge was $4.95 (ie should have been $5.95)... Any suggestions what's up?
