I have SalesCart Pro for Frontpage.
I also have the shipping plug-in and also the order managment plug-in

How does the SalesCart software know which shipping table to look at. For example if I have made changes to the custom shipping table in the order managment plug-in how does it know which table to look if I also downloaded the rates from UPS, and also have it set to pull live rates off of USPS.

for some reason when I do a test order off my site none of the shipping options show up during the checkout process even though I have the UPS and USPS selected.
