I've seen this a couple of time but not on the shipping2 page. Try this, add the following line of code to the second line of shipping2.asp: 

<%response.buffer=true%>

During checkout when I click the "continue order" button on "[root]/cgi-bin/details1.asp" a blank page is presented. The URL of the blank page is below:

[root]/cgi-bin/shipping2.asp?country=US&computemethod=0

Has anyone seen this before. How do I solve it?
