UPS does not have services for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day select for those two states. When using the shipping plugin for our site we get a message during checkout for Alaska and Hawaii that says:

Sorry, United Parcel Service: Next Day Air Service - Not Available   $5.00    
Sorry, United Parcel Service: 2nd Day Air Service - Not Available   $5.00    
Sorry, United Parcel Service: 3 Day Select - Residential - Not Available   $5.00    
Sorry, United Parcel Service: Ground - Residential - Not Available   $5.00

Is there a fix for this since as far as I know UPS does deliver to both states.
