There is a fix for this as well. It seems to fix the grandtotal problem. I posted this a while back and Will said they would be working on this but just wondering if this bug has been fixed and I missed it?

We are finding that if a customer orders X (more then one) products and
gets to the confirm2.asp page which includes the X items and a grandtotal and clicks the
back button and deletes 1 or more (no specific #) items and then continues
through
and adds all their info again we only see the product left but our
grandtotal still is the same as we had with the 3 products before they
delete an item or many items.
Is this a bug on our system that does not update the grandtotal properly? or
have others seen this as well?

We probably can fix ourselves but would like to know if a fix is already
present.
